Comfort is what everyone needs at times. You may feel alone and beyond help. You are fixable. Listen to my words:

You (this means you.)

Are (you exist, you have a will, and your reaching out proves you are still fighting)

Fixable (broken is okay, but lets not leave you that way).

And when you stand praying, if you have a grievance against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you the wrongs you have done. (Mark 11:25 NEB)

The greatest lesson I've learned is that God responds to reachers, not to the hurting (sorry, I don't make the rules). I've had to learn to communicate with God when I didn't feel like it. I want to help you find the strength in the One Who is stronger than I am. In Him is your hope and strength.

For 430 years the children of Israel were slaves in Egypt and were mistreated. I have wondered why God let them be in such trouble for so long, and why He allowed their circumstances to grow worse. You may feel like God has forgotten or abandoned you too. Can I say, "It's biblical." I don't like it, but it is true. God lets life happen to us.

Free Will + Free Will = Undesirable Circumstances.

Together we can focus on what we can change, Who we will serve, and find freedom in surrender to Jesus Christ.
